- Assess appropriate use of systemic chemotherapy in the management of muscle invasive bladder cancer.
- Discuss optimal approaches to treating superficial bladder cancer, including BCG + interferon and addressing patients who fail BCG therapy.
Educational Need
A variety of classes of novel systemic therapies are entering development for the treatment of bladder cancer, fueled by new insights into cancer biology and possible approaches to blocking its progression.
