Moving Beyond Hormone Refractory Prostate Cancer
CME Monograph - September 2004
This enduring CME activity, based on content developed by several national leaders in prostate cancer research and treatment, was directed by Dr. Michael Carducci, Johns Hopkins University Medical Center.
The educational objectives were to review current data on chemotherapy for hormone refractory disease; review current data on emerging therapies for hormone refractory disease; assess opportunities to enroll hormone refractory patients in active and planned clinical trials; assess opportunities to better integrate patient care with other medical specialists. The program was supported by educational grants from industry. Program management and CME sponsorship were provided by InforMEDical.
The proceedings were published as a peer-reviewed CME supplement to Urology (Gold Journal) Vol 65 No. 5A May 2005.
