Educational Objectives
Following completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss important attributes for leading classes of novel agents, including EGFR inhibitors, VEGF inhibitors, novel signal transduction inhibitors, other targeted therapies and combinations with chemotherapy.
- Assess current clinical results for these agents, including current data on safety and efficacy.
- Assess near-term clinical potential for patient care of each class of agents
