Innovations and Challenges in Prostate Cancer

Sixth Cambridge Conference - October 2006

This educational program of national leaders in prostate cancer research and treatment was directed by Peter R. Carroll, MD, University of California, San Francisco, Philip W. Kantoff, MD, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and Ian M. Thompson, MD, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Educational Objectives
The educational objectives for the enduring CME activity are to: assess current data and potential uses for approved and late-stage agents, including hormonal therapy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, bone-directed therapies and vaccine immunotherapies; and understand and implement current standard of care and recommendations for treating low risk, high risk and refractory disease.
