This educational monograph was developed for medical oncologists, pulmonary surgeons, pulmonologists and other health care professionals involved in the treatment of elderly lung cancer patients.

1) Discuss approaches to risk stratification for elderly patients. 2) Assess opportunities for combination therapy in elderly patients. 3) Assess the use of weekly single-agent chemotherapy in elderly patients. 4)Assess the use of novel agent therapies in elderly patients.
