The educational objectives for this enduring CME activity are to discuss the fundamentals of tumor immunology relevant to prostate cancer; describe the technology and mechanism of action for poxviruses as vaccines, tumor cell vaccines and dendritic cell vaccines; discuss the current clinical results for poxviruses as vaccines, tumor cell vaccines and dendritic cell vaccines and assess the potential for using each of the above immunotherapeutics in prostate cancer treatment.
